new day.

Waking up to my dog's non stop barking was not how i wanted to wake up the day after my school social where i managed to fall asleep whilst still in my dress and shoes. It was a messy night to say the least; but theres one thing i do know, that my year sure does know how to 'get on it'
i feel a sense of pride in belonging to my year group now, ahaha. I think its great seeing fellow school mates outside of their school domain and i got to talk to people i wouldnt usually end up starting a conversation with at school.
Oh, it was held at Kudu Bar and Lounge in Kings Cross, its quite a nice little place :) and the bar men were babes, always a plus i think.

My exams are finally over, now i have a week to unwind and do nothing before holidays.
oh i also have my "school" social on thursday which should be interesting, i bought a different dress to what i planned but i still like it :)

I havent posted anything in words for a while, but the truth is, i havent really been getting up or doing much lately. Being last term the amount of school work/assignments has been pulled up a high amount and with exams in about a month my lack of organisational skills is proving to disadvantage me at times like this, ergh!
Also have my school social coming up DURING EXAMS?! (social is a casual formal, school formal btw) and i've found a pretty neat little dress, but its from an online store in England, so hopefully i can get it shipped over in time; but i'm not too sure about the high neck, i am a fan of them but they dont seem to suit me very well so an alternation may be in place. I also need to buy some shoes, hopefully the Siren cage ones (because in reality i cant afford the YSL ones) or some new black pumps.

OH yes, i had yesterday off school and managed to drag myself to a little thrift store in the city with steph in look for old books to use for this terms artworks(...book as art). To our suprise, we found an extensive collection of back issues of magazines such as Vogue, Russh, Oyster and Yen for only 5ocents! and luckily for us, it was 1/2 price on books so we picked them up for a mere 25cents, absolute bargin. I also havent done an outfit post in a longlong time so this is what i wore yesterday-

Thrifted gold blazer, long white pleated singlet, matte leggings, lace up ankle boots, necklace,
alishas bracelets and thrifted black leather bag.
